After a long gap, I have tried KDE Plasma Desktop. I was stunned by the new changes in the KDE Plasma desktop. KDE version 6.5 beta is now available, and it will be available on 21 October 2025. KDE version 6.5 is loaded with a lot of changes; it includes automatic day/night theme switching, rounded window corners, and improved Wayland support with smoother scaling and lower latency. The KDE desktop project has an official distro, its name is Neo, based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, to distribute the latest version of KDE. Users can try the latest stable version and beta versions of the KDE desktop without any delay. KDE Neon is a very snappy and minimal version of Ubuntu 24.04 without snap and other junk. The free software community is working around the clock to shock society.
