Ubuntu 11.04: how to switch from Unity to Gnome

You can easily switch to Gnome from new Unity Desktop.

Select Ubuntu Classic from

System > Administration > Login Screen

    Oh thank you! You saved my life! I was at the point of getting as annoyed with Ubuntu as I usually get annoyed with Windows.
